On our donation page, you will see options to support Communities for People through recurring donations and matching gifts. Setting up a recurring donation is an easy way to provide support long term, so that we can plan for the future. Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double your impact – or more! Check with your human resources department to find out if your company matches donations and ask your spouse to do the same.
The donation page also includes options for tribute gifts, if you would like to make a donation in honor or in memory of someone. If you would like us to send the honoree or next-of-kin a notification of your donation, please be sure to include either their email or mailing address.
Benefit Events
You can host your own event to raise funds and awareness for Communities for People! From bake sales to Facebook fundraisers and everything in between, we would love to discuss your ideas as to how to spread the word about Communities for People in your network. Drives and In-Kind Donations
You can help our clients directly by purchasing much-needed items off of our Amazon Wish List or by hosting a drive to collect items we need and help keep our costs down. Please note that some items are only needed seasonally, and we can be tight on space, so if you are interested in donating a new or gently used item that is not listed we ask that you check in with us first.
Stock Gifts
Did you know that donated appreciated securities may allow you to avoid tax liabilities while receiving a tax deduction for your charitable contribution? Please let us know if you are interested in donating stock so that we can discuss next steps.
