All programs and services in Rhode Island accept referrals from Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) or the Lead Agency of Communities for People’s (CFP) managed care networks. Communities for People’s commitment to research and development using program and treatment data systems is integral to our mission. Our Client and Management Information Systems maintain the data we collect. Our research and development efforts enhance our ability to evaluate the quality of programs and services and ensure that they are always improving.
